The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland) facilitates market parties and specific organisations to set up training and educational facilities for installers. Innovation in renewable energy techniques is supported through innovation contracts between private companies, universities, R&D institutes. EIA tax credits are available for RES-H infrastructure.
