| Purpose | This Order sets the functions of the Sustainability Criteria Compliance Coordination Entity (ECS, Entidade Coordenadora do Cumprimento dos Critérios de Sustentabilidade) within the National Laboratory for Energy and Geology (LNEG). |
| Relevance for renewable energy | The ECS is responsible for the verification of the compliance with the sustainability criteria for biofuels provided by DL 117/2010, as well as the issuance of TdBs. |
