Feed-in tariff

The feed-in-tariff is available for unused electricity from biogas and hydro power installations under 500 kW (RES-Act, Art. 70a)). The tariff amounts to 90% of the reference price set pursuant to RES-Act, Art. 77.3.1) for a given type of installation and will be inflation-adjusted.

Amount
The tariff amounts to 90% of the reference price set pursuant to RES-Act, Art. 77.3.1) for a given type of installation and will be adjusted annually against the average annual price index of consumer goods and services from the previous calendar year.
Procedure
Process flow | In order to sell unused electricity pursuant to RES-Act, Art. 70a, the electricity generator submits a declaration of intent of sale of unused electricity at a fixed purchase price determined in accordance with Art. 70e to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. The declaration is to be submitted online (RES-Act, Art. 70b.1) & 2)). |
