The Law on Energy from Renewable Energy Sources establishes an obligation for fuel traders to sell petrol containing 5-10% biofuels and diesel containing at least 7% biofuels.
Eligible technologies
The Law on Energy from Renewable Energy Sources sets an obligation for fuel traders to sell petrol containing 5-10% biofuels and diesel containing at least 7% biofuels (Chapter VII Art. 39 Par. 1 Law on Energy from Renewable Energy Sources).
Addressees
Supported under this scheme are the biofuel producers.
Procedure
Competent authority | The share of biofuels in petrol and diesel is set by the Government or its authorized institution (Chapter VII Art. 36 Par. 7 Law on Energy from Renewable Energy Sources). |
