| Relevance for renewable energy | One of the Act's priorities is to promote the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources and waste. Furthermore, it clarifies different terms, e.g. renewable electricity, green certificate as well as the different promotional systems and introduces the successive tariff for biomass and biogas plants. Moreover, it establishes general rules for grid connection and grid use. |
