Decree on the promotion of electricity production from renewable energy sources and efficient cogeneration and on the determination of the incentive fee

This Decree regulates the method of calculating the incentive fee and the way of distributing of these funds towards the privileged producers. It sets out the criteria for determining the amount of the incentive fee and furthermore entails provisions with regard to the time of connection of the power plant.
