Purpose

The act regulates the administrative procedure, among others for the award of subsidies in Slovenia.

Relevance for renewable energy

The Administrative Procedures Act sets procedures (e.g. deadlines) within which the Environmental Fund or other administrative bodies shall decide on whether to grant loans to renewable energy projects.
