Grid issues

In Montenegro, the connection of power plants from renewable sources to the grid is regulated by the general legislation on energy. The grid operator provides generally non-discriminatory access to the grid (Art. 99 and 101 Energy Law). Renewable energy plants are given priority to connect to the grid, if technical conditions allow (Art. 151 Energy Law).
