| Purpose | Establishes regulations for sys-tem use charges, connection charges and special charges as well as exceptional regulations of payment for electricity from renewable energy sources. |
| Relevance for renewable energy | The use of renewable energy sources may be rewarded with a reduction in the connection charges. The decree sets different amounts of connection charges according to the proportion of renewable energy used. Plants that generate electricity from a primary source of energy and for which there is evidence that they produce on average over a period of five years at least a. 70% of their electricity from renewable energy sources, the connection charges are reduced by 30%. b. 90% of their electricity from renewable energy sources, the connection charges are reduced by 50%. |
