Grid issues

In general, the entitlement of plant operators to grid connection and development is subject to the general legislation on energy. According to the general legislation, plant operators are contractually entitled to the connection of a renewable energy plant to the grid without any plant operator being discriminated against. Furthermore, they are entitled to the expansion of the grid, if such an expansion is necessary to connect a plant to the grid. Plant operators are also entitled to priority access and dispatch of electricity from renewable sources.
