The Document defines the conditions for the supply of electric energy, which include:

• The procedure for the issue of preliminary authorisation of grid connection;

• The contractual process for the connection agreement;

• The conditions for connection, electricity supply and use of the network;

• The quality of electricity supply;

• Mutual contractual agreements between energy producers and network operators;

• The rights and duties of the energy operators and network users.

The rules set out in the Document apply to RES-E producing power plants and conventional power plants likewise.
