Flanders: RES-H building obligation

On 28 September 2012, the Energy Regulation has been revised transposing the building obligations for heat from renewable energy into Flemish law. For schools and public office buildings the obligations apply since 1 January 2013. Accordingly, an obligation of renewable heat of at least 10 kWh per m² usable floor area of the building is introduced.
